Cecelia Neugebauer

On July 10, 2021, Cecelia Ryan Neugebauer, 65, passed away; she was the beloved wife of 40 years of Dr. William Neugebauer; loving mother of Laura Therese and the late Matthew Ryan Neugebauer; dear sister of Thomas, Frances, Mary Catherine, Janie, John, Greg, and the late Patricia and their spouses; beloved friend of Walsh, & cherished Godmother of Katherine; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Family members and friends will gather to celebrate Ceil’s life on August 14, 2021 at 12noon at St. Augustine Catholic Church 5976 Old Washington Rd, Elkridge, MD.  The inurnment will take place immediately following on church grounds.
