On August 20, 2013, WILLIAM ROY MONROE passed away. He was the beloved soul mate of Meghan Marie Kerrigan. Will was the devoted father of Kylee Annmarie Monroe. He was the loving son of Rhonda Haughie. Will was the cherished grandson of Ruth & Donald Monroe. He was the dear brother of Shawn Haughie, Ashley Haughie, Heather Long, Jason Perrodin & Brittany Perrodin. Will is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Relatives & Friends may call at our ARBUTUS location on Tuesday between 3:00-5:00PM & 7:00-9:00PM where a public visitation will be held. A service is scheduled for Wednesday at St. John's United Church of Christ, 1000 S. Rolling Road, Catonsville, MD 21228,and beginning at 11:00AM. Interment will be held at Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 2150 Mt View Road, Marriottsville, MD 21104
