Walter Frantz

On Monday, September 2, 2019, Walter Charles Frantz of Baltimore, MD sadly passed away. He is the beloved husband of Anna Frantz (nee Eubank) of 49 years; loving father of Maria Thompson (nee Frantz) and Edward Frantz; devoted Pop Pop to Amber Frantz. Walt is survived by his brothers, Henry, James, & Edward. Walt was preceded by his parents, Marie & Carl Frantz, brother, Albert, & Sister, Rosie.

Walt served in the United States Army from 1966-1968 in Korea. He was also a member of the VFW for over 40 years. His last Post was VFW #2916. Walt had many friends and he loved to remodel their home. He was extremely handy and the most patient person ever.

Family & friends may gather at the family owned and operated Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc., 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Halethorpe, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Friday, September 6, from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM. A Funeral Ceremony will be held at 12:30 PM. Interment will immediately follow at Maryland National Memorial Park, 13300 Baltimore Ave., Laurel, MD 20707. The family request's donations be made in Walter's name to the Baltimore VA Medical Center, 10 N. Greene St., Baltimore, MD 21201.
