Toni M. Andrews, age 53, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2021. She is the loving daughter of Jerry and Polly Andrews; cherished mother of William Widerman; dear sister of Tina Andrews and Jerry Andrews, Jr. and his wife Jennifer; also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
