On May 7, 2013 Theresa K. Koelbel passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Karl A. Koelbel. She was the loving mother of Sandy Boswell and Karen Ann Koelbel. Theresa is survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held Friday at Loudon Park Cemetery, 3620 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, MD 21229, beginning at 12:00PM.
