SHIRLEY L. RUCKER was born on December 30, 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Earl Cochran and Elsie Elizabeth Lowman Cochran. Shirley passed away on January 3, 2015 In Baltimore, Maryland. She was the beloved mother of Brian Cochran, Sr. and his wife Valerie, Monica McCarthy and her husband Donald, Sr. and Edward Pendergast, Jr. Cherished grandmother of Richard, frank, Brian,Jr. ,Brandon, Ceirra and Austin, and great-grandmother of Jasmine, Kylie, Ricki, Jayce, Allen, William and Aubrey. Dear sister of Robert Cochran, Sr., Reenie Cochran and Ginny Cochran. Also, survived by her two good friends Lewis Cozio and Linda Barnes.
