On October 30, 2024 Shirley Ann Parr passed away. She was the beloved wife of Lowell "Frank" Parr; loving mother of Deanna Edelen and her husband James, Sr., Tammy Claxton and her husband Charles, and the late Lisa Parr; cherished grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; dear sister of the late Verna Mae Rider; sister-in-law of Roger Rider and his wife Sharon.
Family members and friends will gather to celebrate Shirley's life in our Arbutus location on Sunday from 3-5 & 7-9PM where a funeral service will be held on Monday at 10AM. Interment will immediately follow in the Lorraine Park Cemetery.
