Sandra L. Bowman

On November 7th, 2023, Sandra Bowman passed away. Born on March 28^th, 1947 to the late Mamie and late Julian Walton, she was the devoted mother of David Bowman, Ronald Bowman Jr (Shannon), Earl Bowman (Karen), Jesse Bowman; cherished grandmother of Ronald Bowman III, John Tyler Bowman, Jesse Bowman Jr., Zachary Carter, Kayla Bowman, Layla Bowman and Dakoda Bowman; dear sister of Mary Lugar, Janet Craft, and James Walton. Sandra was preceded in death by her siblings Julia Hyatt Seburn, Julian David Walton, William Joseph Walton, Samuel Walton, Roberta Webb, Betty Walton.

Sandy was born and grew up in Covington, VA, but relocated in later years to Baltimore, MD. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and enjoyed catching up with everyone on Facebook. Often passing the time doing puzzles and word searches while listening to Elvis, Sandy also enjoyed butterflies, snowmen, and her favorite color was purple.
