Ruth Cook

Ruth M. Cook, age 91, passed away on April 29, 2015. Ruth is preceded in death by her beloved husband the late George H. Cook. Loving mother of Patricia G. Ashby and her husband the late Thomas, and Robin M. McHugh and her husband Kevin; cherished grandmother of Chris and his wife Jean, Brian and his wife Carin, Kim, Sean and his wife Melissa, Shannon and her husband John and great grandmother of CJ, Brayden, Colin, Makenzie and Cayden. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Family members and friends will honor Ruth’s life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus, Maryland 21227 on Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 3-5PM and 7-9PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 4, 2015 at Our Lady of Victory Church, 4414 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, MD. 21229 beginning  at 11AM. Interment to follow in Loudon Park Cemetery. At the family's request donations in Ruth’s memory may be directed to Our Lady of Mount Carmel School, 1706 Old Eastern Ave., Essex, Maryland 21221 or to the American Cancer Society.
