Rosemary Sutton Feeney, a beloved wife, mother, and cherished member of our family, passed away on March 12th, 2024, at the age of 76 in Annapolis, Md.
Born on March 30th,1947, Rosemary was a remarkable individual whose warmth, kindness, and unwavering love touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was born in Baltimore, Md. to Margaret and Bruce Sutton and grew up instilled with the values of compassion, resilience, and empathy through her strong Catholic faith.
Rosemary was a beacon of love and support to her family. She married Joseph A. Feeney Jr on April 27, 1984, becoming both a wife and stepmother. Her devotion to her family knew no bounds, and she embraced her role with grace and affection.
Professionally, Rosemary worked as a quality control inspector for Allied Signal and Honeywell at the Goddard Space Center. Her dedication and passion for her work left an indelible mark on all those she collaborated with, earning her the respect and admiration of her peers.
Beyond her professional achievements, Rosemary had a zest for life that was infectious. She had a profound love for singing as an active participant in the St. Benedict's church choir for many years. She enjoyed baking, gardening, as well as traveling, and shopping. Whether it was spending time in nature, pursuing creative endeavors, or simply enjoying the company of loved ones, she approached every moment with joy and enthusiasm.
Rosemary will be remembered for her boundless love, her feisty spirit, and her unwavering commitment to those she held dear. She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate enough to know her.
She is predeceased by her parents, Margaret and Bruce, as well as her son, Robert White Jr and brother-in-law, Eric Griffith.
She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph A. Feeney Jr.; her sister, Jeanette Griffith; her children Terri (Jamison) Hill, Kim (Bruce) Cameron; stepdaughter Erin Stone; and her grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, April 6 from 10-11am. A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Rosemary will be held at 11am at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Road, Halethorpe, Md. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations in honor of Rosemary's memory be made to the Benedictine Society of Baltimore City, 2612 Wilkens Ave, Baltimore, Md, 21223.
