Ronald Hill

Ronald R. Hill, age 84, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2017. Ronald proudly served in the US Navy during the Korean War with two tours of duty on the Leonard F. Mason and the New Jersey. He is the beloved husband of Betty M. Hill; devoted father of Terry Large and her husband Stephen; caring grandfather of Laura Benack and her husband Jesse Benack; dear great grandfather of Noah Benack, Daniel Benack, Evangeline Benack, Micah Benack, and Penelope Benack; caring brother of Beverly Balazona; lifetime friend of Harold Bergman, Carol Jett, and Darlene Yost. Ronald is preceded in death by his parents Howard W. and Elizabeth M. Hill; siblings Howard W. Hill, Jr., Elva Bigalike, Mildred Neal, William Hill, & Jeanette Bender; lifetime friends Colonial Lee & Marlene McKnight and Elizabeth Bergman.

A viewing will be held at Grace Bible Baptist Church, 1518 N Rolling Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228 on Thursday at 10am with a funeral service at 11 followed by burial in Meadowridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Ronald’s memory to Grace Bible Baptist Church.
