Rocco Sovero, Jr.

On August 8, 2022 Rocco J. Sovero, Jr. peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family; he was the beloved husband of Janice (nee Younger) Sovero; loving Pop of Marie Sovero, Rocco A. Sovero and his wife Kenda; and Jenny Ross and her husband Josh; cherished Grampy of Gina O’Malley and her husband Ryan, Gaven Sovero, Abigail Sovero, Ty Ross, & Olivia Ross; Great-Grampy of Colin & Paige O’Malley; dear brother of Richard Sovero and his wife Paula; & he is also survived by many loving relatives, friends, and neighbors.

Family members and friends will gather to celebrate Rocco's life with a memorial service at St. Augustine Catholic Church on Monday August 15th at 10AM.  The inurnment will immediately follow in the columbarium on the church grounds.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be directed in Rocco’s name to St. Augustine Catholic School, 5990 Old Washington Road Elkridge, MD 21075 to give tuition assistance to families in need.
