Robert Henry Mobley, Jr., age 53, passed away on April 9, 2018. Robert was born on October 9, 1964 to the late Robert Henry Mobley, Sr. and the late Elizabeth Mobley (nee Fleeman). Beloved father of Rebecca RicCardo; loving brother of V. Elaine Ward and her husband Wayne, and Thomas Kendall Folds.
