Robert Flowers

Robert Lee Flowers suddenly on November 27, 2015 passed away peacefully at home. He is survived by his devoted wife  Barbara A. Flowers of 38 years; beloved father of Jennifer Lynn and her companion of 14 years Timothy Brogunier; cherished  “poppie” of Devon, Lincoln, Jordan and Ryleigh. Loving son of Shirley Fitzgerald and the late Gilbert Lee Flowers. Dear brother of Peggy Combs and her husband Carson Combs, Jeannie O’Connor and her husband Ray O’Connor and Richard Flowers; dear brother-in-law of Pat Allen and her husband William Allen, Ann Marie and Jack Sawyer, Frances Diaz and her husband Bob Diaz, Robert Wright, Jennifer Wright; Caring son-in-law of Mary and Charlie Wright. Also, survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Family members and friends will honor Bobby’s life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME OF LANSDOWNE, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd., Lansdowne, Maryland 21227 on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 from 3-5PM and 7-9PM where a funeral service will follow on Thursday, December 3, 2015 beginning at 11AM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, at the family’s request donations in Bobby’s memory may be directed to a Scholarship Fund for his grandchildren.
