Peacefully on June 2, 2017; Richard "Rick" E. Johnston passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Doris E.; loving father of Kimberly DeBoy and her husband Joe and Melissa Townsend; cherished "Pop Rick" to Kara, Erika, Tyler, & Emaleigh; dear brother of Patricia Ecton and her husband Stanley, Gayle Stephenson and her husband Gary, and Donna Kreps and her husband Tim; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Family members and friends may visit at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc., 1328 Sulphur Spring Road, Arbutus, on Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9PM. Further visitation will take place on Wednesday from 1-3PM funeral service will begin at 3PM at the First Baptist Church of Lansdowne; 2320 Alma Road, Lansdowne, MD. Interment will be private.
