Richard Chambers, Jr.

Richard Erman Chambers, Jr., passed away on August 16, 2021.  He is survived by his wife Carole Chambers, Daughter Theresa Chambers, Sons Michael and Anthony Chambers and several grandchildren.  Richard (often called Dick by his golf and auto sales buddies) loved to joke, was an avid movie lover especially John Wayne. He loved to golf and watch tournaments on TV. His other love was music; having passed from complications resulting from Alzheimer's and dementia he held on until the anniversary of his favorite singer, Elvis Presley- that HOUND DOG.  He was singing and laughing even while in the hospital until the very end.  He loved life, he also had an incredible sense of humor and wasn't afraid to be the butt of a joke just to make people laugh.  He will be greatly missed; we will cherished these moments always.

Family members and friends will gather at the Arbutus location on Sunday August 22nd from 2-4 & 6-8 where a memorial service will take place at 3:30PM. Donations may be made in Richard's name to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America using the link below.
