Richard Austin, Sr.

On June 5th, 2020, Richard Wayne Austin, Sr. passed away. Born September 29th, 1949 to the late Elizabeth and late John W. Austin, he was the loving husband of Debbie Austin; devoted father of Richard Wayne Austin, Jr., and wife Lorun, Tracy Ross and Husband Scott; cherished grandfather of Keith Austin, Coral Austin, Jacob Ross, Sarah Ross, Kate Ross, Alex Ross; loving great grandfather of Jak Austin; dear brother of William Austin, Laura Goodman and husband Clarence "Goody" Goodman, Robert Austin, and the late John W. Austin, Jr.

Family and friends may call at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus on Monday, June 8th from 3 PM to 5 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Church of the Ascension, 4603 Poplar Ave., Halethorpe on Tuesday at 10 AM. Cremation to be held privately.

DUE TO RESTRICTION RELATED TO COVID-19, WE ARE ONLY ALLOWING 50 PEOPLE IN OUR FUNERAL HOME AT ANY ONE TIME. THERE ARE ONLY 100 PEOPLE ALLOWED IN CHURCH OF THE ASCENSION FOR THE SERVICE ON TUESDAY. FACIAL COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED AT BOTH LOCATION.
