Suddenly on October 22, 2012 Patricia S. O'Neill, beloved mother of Christina Carstetter, Kelly Gooch; cherished daughter of A. Gregory and Patricia O'Neill; devoted sister of Steven O'Neill and Stacey Brown (O'Neill); also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
