Pamela Pugh

Pamela Russell Pugh, age 75, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2021. She is the beloved wife of Timothy Pugh; devoted mother of Robert Russell and William Russell; cherished grandmother of Emma Russell and Liam Russell; dear sister of Pete Cugle and Steve Cugle. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. Pamela is preceded in death by her two sisters Cathy Cugle and Debbie Cugle-Hoffman.

A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Road, Arbutus, MD 21227 on Friday 10am with a funeral service beginning at 11am followed by burial at Meadowridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Pamela’s memory to the SPCA.
