Olive "Dixie" Mellema

Olive Mellema (Dixie) 88, died February 10th, 2016 at her home, in the presence of her loved ones. Dixie is survived by her children Ernest Mellema, III and his wife Sandy, Denise Howson and her husband Jim, and Lori Frisone and her husband Franco; her grandchildren Ernest R. Mellema, IV, Rebecca Rawson, Sarah McGowan, Jordan Frisone, and Benjamin Frisone; her 4 great grandchildren; as well as her younger brother Russell Matthews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 20th at 11 AM at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus. Flowers may be sent to Ambrose the morning of the service or in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in memory of Olive Louise Mellema.
