Norma Otterbein, age 75, passed away peacefully July 13, 2021. She is the beloved wife of George Otterbein; cherished mother of James Otterbein and his wife Lesley and Patricia Hause; loving grandmother of LeAnn, Kathryn, Alyson, and Bailey; also survived by other family members and friends.
