N. Phillips

Norma “Kathy” Phillips, age 57, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on March 10, 2019. Kathy was born on November 3, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Rita Anne Brown (nee Morningstar) and to the late Norman Milton Brown. Kathy is the beloved wife of Jerome E. “Butch” Phillips; loving mother of David, Mike, Chad, Ryan and Jerome, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Mikey, Talia, Aidan, Tommy, Mason, Harleigh, Avry, Shianne and Chad, Jr.; dear sister of Norman Brown, Rita Cohen, Jenny Ray and the late Keith Brown, the late David “Sonny” Levering and the late Michael “Timbo” Brown. Also, survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Family members and friends will honor Kathy’s life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME, INC. with a public viewing on Wednesday, 3/13/2019 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm where a funeral service will follow on Thursday, 3/14/2019 beginning at 12noon. Interment Loudon Park Cemetery .
