Mike Purper

On June 28th, 2022, Mike Marion Purper passed away. Born on January 10th, 1937 to the late Bertha and late John Purper, he was the loving husband of Frances Purper (nee Donlan) of 64 years; devoted father of Mike Matthew Purper and wife Carol, Michele Cepela and husband Fred, Tracy Cox; cherished grandfather of Scott Purper and wife Mira, Katherine Purper and wife Jen, Matthew Purper and wife Tracy, Joshua Willinghan and wife Brittani, Meghan Cepela, Ally Willinghan, Brian Cepela, Kelsey Willinghan, Jenna Willinghan; loving great grandfather of Brooks Purper, Lena Purper, Camden Purper, Aria Purper, and the late Lila Grace Purper & Nathan Purper; dear brother to the late John W. Purper, Jr., the late Beverly Carr; caring brother-in-law to Matthew Donlan and Mary Ellis.

A memorial Gathering will be held on Wednesday, July 13th from 1 PM to 3 PM at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus. A memorial service will be begin at 3 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mike's name may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation JDRF (Please see link below).
