Michele 'Heidi' Sheppard
August 31, 1961 — February 28, 2017
Michele ‘Heidi’ Sheppard passed away peacefully on February 28, 2017. She is the beloved significant other of Bruce Mitten; loving daughter of Anna Higdon; loving mother of Roger Sheppard, Jr., Ashley Sheppard, and Robbie Sheppard; dear grandmother of Sierra, Trinity, and Jacey; caring sister of David Higdon; aunt of Hannah Shepard and Hope Higdon; great aunt of Noah Heavel; nice of Sandy Bramble; dear friend of Missy and Quinton. Also survived by her dogs Mercedes and Bentley. Heidi is preceded in death by her husband Roger Sheppard, father Robert L. Higdon, and dog Carter.
A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd., Lansdowne, MD 21227 on Tuesday, March 7 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11am. In lieu of flowers please send donations in Heidi’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
