Michael S."Mike" O'Dell was born on March 9, 1971 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Michael Eugene O'Dell and Wanda Hoover. He passed away on January 14, 2015 in Timonium, Maryland. Mike is also the loving son of the late William "Bill" Garrison; beloved husband of Ruth E. O'Dell; devoted father of Steffanie N. Donaghy, Michael S. O'Dell and Matthew S. O'Dell; cherished grandfather of Maddison Turner and Ayden Turner; dear brother of Kenneth Phillips, Kelly Phillips, Kimberly Phillips, Bryan Edge and Amanda. Also, survived by brother-in-law Brandon Owens his very loving sister-in-laws, numerous loving nieces, nephews relatives and friends. Michael was predeceased by his "Beloved Other Mother" Diane Ellis.
