Merle Cutsail

Merle Leslie Cutsail, age 73, sadly passed away on August 29th, 2021. Merle was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Charles Cutsail & the late Thelma Hall. Merle loved Baltimore History & culture. He was an avid fan of the Orioles & Ravens. Merle loved animals & in his earlier years, he loved to go crabbing & fishing out in the Chesapeake Bay. He is the beloved husband of the late Kathleen M. Cutsail; loving father of Sarah Forquer & Amanda Hogan; cherished grandfather of Violet Forquer, Maxwell Forquer, Cayanne Hogan, & Cerise Hogan; caring brother of Beverly Cutsail Davies, the late Connie Werner, & the late Norman Cutsail. Merle is also survived by his lifetime friend James “Pat” Marshall, his steadfast neighbor Kyle Brown & many nieces, nephews and his two cats, Lucy & Toonces.

Family & friends may gather at the family owned & operated Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd., Lansdowne, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Tuesday, September 7th from 3:00-5:00pm & 7:00-9:00pm with a funeral service beginning at 7:00pm.
