Maurice Helms, Jr.

On July 22nd, 2015, Maurice E. "Candy" Helms, Jr. passed away. He was the loving husband of Joan Helms; devoted father of Tara Bolker and her husband Ben, Jennifer Freed and her companion Scott, Troy Helms and his wife Marlene; cherished grandfather of Aiden, Michael, Tyler, and Carter; dear brother of Louise Blackert and Marcia Nemseyk. Candy is also survived by many other loving friends and family.
Family and friends may call at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd. on Friday, July 24th from 3 PM to 5 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM. A funeral service will begin at 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Troy and Marlene Helms for Tyler and Carter's Educational Fund.
