Mary G Colehouse , 78, formerly of Linthicum, MD, passed away at her current residence, Atria Manressa in Annapolis, MD on Thursday, January 7, 2016. Born February 15, 1937, in Oella, MD, she was predeceased by her husband Clay Colehouse. She is survived by her five children Sherry Follett (Craig), Stephen Colehouse (Karen), Shelly Colehouse-Mayhew (Lee), Lisa Campbell (Jeff), Scott Colehouse (Lori). Also survived by sixteen grandchildren, Cheryl DiSanto (Rich), Carrie Follett (Kelly), Kristy Stapleton (Bobby), Alison Follett, Melissa Strege (Steve), Stephen Colehouse Jr., Curtis Colehouse, Clay Colehouse, Caitlin Colehouse, Konner Colehouse, Kyle Colehouse, Kyle Smith, Lindsey Smith, Chris Campbell, Sarah Campbell, Rachel Campbell, and five great-grandchildren Ben, Elena, Cole, Craig, and Courtney. Also survived by her sister Christine Colehouse and predeceased by her brother Paul and sister Miriam.
Her hobbies included tennis, gardening, sewing, reading, and arts and crafts. She was blessed with a green thumb and her many houseplants flourished under her care.
After many years as a homemaker, she went to work for Sears and had a successful sales career, of which she was very proud. Her greatest pride and joy were her children and grandchildren.
A memorial service will held at Ambrose Funeral Home, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd, Landsdowne MD on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Visitors may call from 1:00 - 2:00 pm.
