Marie Mooney

Marie Eleanor Mooney, age 88, passed away on May 20, 2015. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Martin George Mooney, Sr. Marie is the devoted mother of Margaret D. Payne and her husband Eugene, Ann M. Mooney, Lucille J. Mooney, George Mooney and his wife Lori, Martin G. Mooney, Jr. and his wife Phyllis, Michael F. Mooney and his wife Juli; cherished grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; dear sister of Helen, Nancy, Diane, and Sharon.
A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd., Lansdowne, MD 21227 on Tuesday, May 26 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm with a Christian Wake at 7:30pm. A committal service will be held at Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville on Wednesday, May 27 at 10am. Burial to follow.
