Margaret I. Riggins, age 73, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2017. She is the beloved wife of the late Arthur Riggins; devoted mother of Paul Henninger and the late Darlene Kelly; dear grandmother of Bryon Kelly and his firance Nicole Brown, Andy Henninger, Justin Henninger, Christina Henninger, Cienna Kelly, and Christyonna Kelly; caring sister of Brenda Richardson and Janice Dewling.
