Suddenly, on August 4, 2014, Margaret ELLEN HARRIS surrounded by family, went home to be with the Lord, MomMom, Poppy, Jackson and Jarrett. She was the devoted mother of Jennifer Benner; beloved grandmother of Noah Wilson; cherished daughter of Carolyn and Bob Jackson; big Sissy to Richard Harris and Kirsten Dymczenski and her husband Mark and loving aunt to Abigail and Madeline Dymczenski. Also survived by her treasured companion William Wiley, aunt Catherine Konerth, uncle Michael Gleason, aunt Joan Harris, many cousins, family and friends, and her cat Pumpkin. Ellen will always be remembered for her whimsical nature and her smile that could light up a room. She never met a stranger. Ellen had many names throughout her short lifetime: Margaret, Ellen, El, Ellie, "L", Sissy, aunt Sissy, Sis but the ones she loved the most were Mom and MomMom. Family members and friends may call at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME OF LANSDOWNE, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd. ,Lansdowne , Maryland 21227 on Thursday from 3-5PM and 7-9PM where a funeral service will follow on Friday beginning at 11AM. Interment to follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
