Linda Ravenscroft
January 21, 1948 — May 31, 2015
Linda Lee Ravenscroft, age 67, passed away on May 31, 2015. Linda loved spending time with her family whether it was taking family trips, camping, or hanging around the house together. She was an avid reader and spent spare time crocheting and quilting. Linda was the only child of the late Melvin C. Ritenour and the late Marie Ritenour. She is the devoted wife of Hugh C. Ravenscroft, Sr.; cherished mother of Hugh C. Ravenscroft, Jr., James Ravenscroft, Melvin Ravenscroft, Marguerite Hatton, and Angel Delisle; loving grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren with one more on the way. Linda is preceded in death by one grandchild.
A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus, MD 21227 on Wednesday, June 3rd from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held at 7pm. Interment private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Linda’s memory to Saint Thomas Lutheran Church, 339 South Pulaski St., Baltimore, MD 21223.
