Leo Delcher

On February 16, 2014, LEO EARL DELCHER passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Frances W. Delcher. He was the loving father of Carol Delcher Davis & her husband Nelson. He was the cherished grandfather of Joshua & Jacob. He was the dear brother of Peggy Eder. Leo is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, family members & friends. Relatives & Friends may call at our ARBUTUS location on Sunday between 3:00-5:00pm & 7:00-9:00PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic, 4414 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, 21229, beginning at 11:00AM. Interment for Leo will be held at Loudon Park Cemetery, 3620 Wilkens Ave., Baltimore, 21229.
