Kelso Phillips
September 12, 1930 — March 7, 2013
On March 7, 2013, KELSO ELAINE PHILLIPS (nee MISTER) passed away. She was the beloved wife of Raymond C. Phillips. She was the loving mother of Valli & Andrea. Kay was the cherished grandmother of Adam, Julie, Andrew, Michael, Natalie & James and the cherished great grandmother of Jonathan & Kaylee. She was the dear sister of John. Kay is also survived by other loving realtives and friends.
Kay was born and lived an early childhood on the Eastern Shore of Virginia & moved to Baltimore. She retired as a disability examiner for the Social Security Administration. She was a lifelong member of the Baptist Church with affiliations at Arbutus Baptist church & Bethel Baptist-most recently. Kay was beloved by all who knew her.

A funeral service will follow Saturday at Bethel Baptist Church, 4261 Montgomery Rd Ellicott City, MD 21043, beginning at 9AM. Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, 2724 Liberty Rd . Sykesville , MD21784.
