Joyce Phillips

Joyce Ann Phillips, age 74 passed away on September 6, 2017. She is the beloved wife of the late John “Jack” Phillips; loving mother of John H. Phillips, Jr., Mark S. Phillips and his wife Vicki, Daniel S. Phillips and his wife Michele, Joseph A. Phillips and his wife Annie, Jeanine M. Norris and her husband Michael, and the late Joana Phillips; cherished grandmother of John, Amber P., Mark, Kristi, Aaron, Melissa, Joey, Kevin, Joanie, Jessie, Jack, Michael, Matthew, Amber N., and great grandmother of Joey, Colton, Mark, Camryn and Abel. Also, survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Family members and friends will honor Joyce’s life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME, INC., Arbutus with a public viewing on Friday, 9/8/17 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm where a funeral service will be held beginning at 11am on Saturday, 9/9/17. At the family’s request donations in Joyce’s memory may be directed to Gilchrist Hospice Care, Inc., 11311 McCormick Road, Suite 350, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21041 or Peter G.
