Joyce L. Klotz

On December 4th, 2023, Joyce L. Klotz passed away. Born on February 17th, 1944 to the late Lucille Peraro (Salvator) and late Golden Shore, she was the loving partner of Karl McGovern; dear mother of Patricia McKenzie and husband George; caring stepmother of Carl Klotz, Jr. and wife Karen, Charles Klotz and wife Debbie, Carla Alasso and husband Joe, Crystal Gorley and husband Darrell, Cindy Hughes, Lisa Taylor; loving sister of Golden Shore and wife Elizabeth, Robert Shore, Anthony Peraro and wife Takako, Louise Coard; cherished grandmother of Brittany, George, III, Eric, Fawn, Joshua, Jacob, Derrick, Jessica, Lola, Alex, Andrew, Nicholas, Joesph, Willie, Heather, Chelsea; loving great grandmother of Clara, Colton, Cameron, Kayden, Ace, Gema, Scarlet, Ben, Jaydalin, Tritt, Isabella, Anthony, Mila; and dear aunt to several nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering will be held at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus on Friday, December 8th from 10 AM to 12 PM with a memorial service starting at 11 AM. Joyce will be laid to rest at Cokesbury Memorial United Methodist Cemetery with her late husband, Carlton Klotz, Sr. at a later date.
