He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret Cooper and Lottie Sewell; loving father of Neill Joseph Sewell and his wife Deborah and the late Marcy Rogers; cherished "Pop Joe" of Katie Neill Anderson and her husband Scott, Amy Elizabeth Boyd and her husband Michael; dear great-grandfather of Samantha, Anna, Allison, Noah, and Miles.
