John Kratz, Sr.

On August 9th, 2016, John A. Kratz, Sr. passed away. He was the loving husband of Lorie Kratz; devoted father of John Kratz, Jr., Daniel Mitchell, Michael Mitchell, and Andrew Mitchell; loving son of William Kratz, Sr. and the late Catherine Kratz (nee Brown); cherished grandfather of Amy, Sierra, Andrew, Darrien, Michael, Jr., Haileigh, Kayla, MacKenzie, Isabell, McKenna, Katelyn, Daniel, Jr., Timothy, Dalton, Joseph, Ariya, and Caleb; and dear brother of William Kratz, Jr., Susan Suchocki, Cathy Fischer, and Robert Kratz.

Family and friends may call at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd. on Friday, August 12th from 3 PM to 5 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 13th at 11 AM. Interment will immediately follow at Loudon Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's name to The American Cancer Society.
