Joe E. Pumphrey

Joe E. Pumphrey, age 71, sadly passed away on January 23, 2024. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Percy E. Pumphrey and the late Virginia M. Pumphrey (nee Gallion). Joe loved NASCAR, fishing, Ravens, Orioles and most of all, being with his family. Joe is the beloved husband of the late Isabelle Pumphrey; loving father of Lisa Osborne (Kevin); caring grandfather of Ashley Benson (Rich), Sierra Desiree (David), and Scotty Ziegler; cherished great grandfather of Camden, Rowan, Tenley, and Cayde; dear brother of Terry Pumphrey and Sharon. Joe is also survived by numerous friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery, 1080 Sunrise Beach Rd., Crownsville, MD 21032 on Friday, February 2 at 1:45PM.
