JoAnn Tasker

JoAnn Tasker, age 84, sadly passed away on January 11, 2024. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Roy Mellott and the late Virgie Wright. JoAnn is the beloved wife of the late William Tasker, Sr; loving mother of Connie Tasker, Bonnie Schmelyun (the late Butch), William Tasker, Jr., Roy E. Tasker, Sr., and JoAnn Rhoten (Jessie); cherished grandmother of 16 grandchildren; dear great-grandmother of 31 great-grandchildren; caring sister of the late Shirley L. Smith and the late Virginia M. St. Jean; JoAnn is also survived by many loving friends and her 3 loving furbabies.

Family and friends may gather at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Halethorpe, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Thursday, January 18 from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00pm. 

**A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 23rd at 10:00am. Interment will immediately follow at Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.
