Joan 'Joanie' Byrne

Joan Byrne (known as Joanie to all of her friends), age 82, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2015. She will always be remembered for her love of life; she loved being around her family and friends making memories and enjoying everyone’s company.  Joan is the devoted mother of Pam (Don) Brown, the late Patricia Langfield, and Ken Langfield; cherished grandmother of Russell Burmiester, Justin White, Nathen White, Brittany White, and Alex Langfield; loving great grandmother of Michael White, Maria White, Shane White, and Pierce White; she is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.  Joan is preceded in death by her siblings Shirley Miliner and Jim Miliner.

A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne on Tuesday, June 2 from 1-1:30pm with a funeral service at 1:30pm.  Burial in Loudon Park Cemetery will follow.  In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Joan’s memory to Holy Nativity Lutheran Church 1200 Linden Ave., Baltimore, MD 21227.
