Joan Herbert

Joan "JoAnn" A. Herbert, age 85, passed away on April 5, 2015. Joan was the beloved wife of John "Jack" F. Herbert, Jr. for 66yrs ; loving mother of Dr. James T. Herbert, Ph.D. and his wife Leigh, Jeffrey L. Herbert and his wife Lisa, Joseph M. Herbert and his wife Cheryl, and the late John "Jay" Herbert, III and his wife Jean and Jerome A. Herbert; cherished grandmother of Jennifer, John, Matt and his wife Michelle, Julia and her husband Anthony, Karen and her husband Paul, Andrew, Courtney and her fiance' Skylar and Nate, and great-grandmother of Henry Jay, Brayden, Chloe and Averie; dear sister of Eloise P. Chambers. Also, survived by many nieces and nephews. Joan loved being a homemaker. Joan's happiest times were when she had her family together cooking, especially when it snowed.
