Joan Donaghue

On December 24, 2015, Joan R Donaghue, age 83, slipped away peacefully from her earthly bounds. Joan was born on June 7, 1932 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Clarence Parker and the late Katherine Parker (nee Kelly). Joan loved life and spending time with her friends and family. She is survived by her beloved husband of Hugh P. Donaghue.; sons J. Darren Murphy and wife Kelly, D. Tim Murphy and girlfriend Patty. She was predeceased by her son J. Barry Murphy and daughter Patricia (Patty) Murphy-Tuel and her first husband Joseph Patrick Murphy. Cherished grandmother of Camille, Claire, Derek, Victor, Sarah, Erin and Joseph and many great grandchildren. Also, survived by her loving sister Doris Fitzsimmons.
Family members and friends may visit at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus, Maryland 21227 on Saturday from 10-11am and at 11am a prayer service will commence to celebrate her life.
