Janine Dinan

Janine Ann Dinan sadly passed away on August 21, 2018 at the age of 55. Janine was born on September 4, 1962 in Waverly, NY to Theodore J. and Nancy (Latini) Dinan. She was Sayre High School’s class of 1980 Salutatorian and Junior year Rotary Exchange student to Japan. After High School, she received a 5-year Toxicology degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She worked in the private sector in Boston, MA and Albany, NY before accepting a position with the Environmental Protection Agency in Washington D.C. In 2005, while working part time for the EPA, she received a degree in Chiropractic Medicine from Life University in Atlanta, GA. Upon returning to the D.C. area, she continued to work for the EPA and established, owned, and operated Main Street Chiropractic in Elkridge, MD until poor health necessitated retirement from both careers in 2017. Janine is the loving sister of Patricia Dinan, Nancy Dinan, Michael Dinan, Larraine Repasky, Valerie Okren, and Colleen Kennedy; cherished aunt of Ashleigh Hebert, Derek Wood, Michael S. Dinan, Daniel Okren, Kelly Wood, Colin Repasky, Stephen Okren, and Luke Kennedy; caring companion of Olivia; dear friend of Robert O’Connell, Margaret Rounds, and Anne Meikle. The family requests donations be made in Janine’s name to University of Maryland Transplant Center at Baltimore, 16 S. Eutaw Street 1st Floor, Baltimore, MD 21201.
