Janice Distefano

Janice Distefano, age 89, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2018. She was born on December 4, 1929 to the late Wrightson and Ruby Tyler. Janice is the beloved wife of the late Louis Richard Distefano, Jr.; devoted mother of Louis Richard Distefano, III and his wife Patricia; cherished grandmother of Amy Joy Distefano and her wife Amanda Schulz and Louis Richard Distefano, IV and his wife Amanda; loving great grandmother of Benjamin Distefano and Nicolas Distefano; dear sister of the late Clair Ferreri and her late husband Frank; caring aunt of Conrad Ferreri and Frank Ferreri; also survive by many other loving relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne on Thursday, December 27 from 10:30am - 12:30pm with a funeral service starting at 12:30pm. Burial will follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville. In lieu of flowers the family asks the donations be made in Janice’s memory to the Lansdowne United Methodist Church, 114 Lavern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21227.
