James Mondshour, Sr.

James Anthony Mondshour,Sr., age 74, passed away on October 24, 2019 in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. James was born January 3, 1945 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Emma Mondshour (nee Decker) and to the late Carroll Mondshour. He is the beloved husband of the late Patricia Mondshour; loving father of Darlene Creasy and her husband Bruce, James Mondshour, Jr. and his wife Patty, Bernadette Slagle, Sherry Mondshour, Anthony Mondshour, Joseph Mondshour and his wife Lisa, and Wendy Mondshour Cavin; cherished grandfather of many grandchildren and great grandchildren; dear brother of Carl Mondshour, Brenda Clements, Carole Mondshour and Thomas Mondshour. Also, survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Family members and friends will honor James’ life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME OF LANSDOWNE with a public viewing on Sunday, 11/3/2019 from 3pm-5pm & 7pm-9pm where a funeral service will take place on Monday, 11/4/2019 beginning at 11am. Interment to follow in Glen Haven Memorial Park.
