Jack Yates, age 84, passed away on February 27, 2019 in Baltimore, Maryland. Jack was born on February 21, 1935 in Grayson Kentucky to the late Mattie Yates (nee Mullins) and the late Jesse Oren Yates. Jack is the beloved husband of 43 years to the late Mildred "Millie" Yates before her passing on August 27, 2018. Jack is survived by his dear nieces, nephews other loving family members and friends.

Family members and friends will honor Jack's life with a memorial service at a later date.
