Born July 14th, 1955 to Angus Sawyer & the late Kathleen Fries; He was the loving step-son of James Fries; loving husband of Ann Sawyer; devoted father Theresa Barnett, and husband Toby, Mary McDade and husband Jason, Amy Poteat and husband Jason, Chelsea Sawyer; cherished grandfather of Joseph, Elaina, Anthony, Mason, Jase; dear brother of Jeanne Arevalo, William Fries, Glen Fries, Sherrie Tudor, Vicki Poe, Valerie King, Stephen Sawyer, and David Sawyer.
