Isabelle Pumphrey

On June 8, 2013, Elsie Isabell Pumphrey passed away. She was the beloved wife of Joe Pumphrey. She was the loving mother of David Ziegler, Bruce Ziegler, the late Regenia Ziegler Kennedy, the late John Ziegler, Sr., and the late Leo Ziegler, Jr. Isabell was the dear step mother of Lisa Yingling and her husband Lerry. She was the dear mother-in-law of Sarah Ziegler and Theresa Ziegler. Isabell was the cherished grandmother of Rusty, Kelly, David, Julie, Amanda, Ashley, Ceaira, Bruce, the late Leo Ziegler, III., Penny, Hannah, David, Jr., Abby, Scotty, and the late John Ziegler, Jr. She was the cherished great-grandmother of 20 great-grandchildren. Isabell is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Family members and friends may call at our Lansdowne location Thursday between 3:00-5:00PM and 7:00-9:00PM where a public visitation will be held. A funeral service will be held Friday beginning at 8:45am. Interment will be held at Crownsville Veteran Cemetery, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, MD, 21032.
