Hugh H. Mills, Jr., age 84, sadly passed away on February 8, 2024. He was born in Houston, Texas to the late Hugh Mills, Sr. (the late Hazel) and the late Rubye King. Hugh is the beloved husband of Nancy Mills; loving father of Anthony Mills (Kimberly) and Susan Hogarty (Ethan); cherished grandfather of Sara, Justin, Hannah, Ashleigh, and Jonathon; caring great grandfather of Corra, Everette, Rowynn, Brooks, Wesley, Teddy, and Jack. Hugh is also survived by many other loving family and friends.

Family and friends may gather at Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd., Lansdowne, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Wednesday, February 14 from 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm and on Thursday, February 15 from 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Clement Church, 2700 Washington Ave., Lansdowne, MD 21227 on Friday, February 16 at 10:00am. Interment will immediately follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Hugh's name to the VA Loch Raven Community Living and Rehab Center U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (va.gov).
